Album to Accessory by Cassie Jones

November 19, 2008

Another wonderful example of how to go from Album to Accessory by Cassie Jones. For her layout she created a card with the inspiration Celebrate Today. She can carry it in her Daily Window bag and then reinsert it into her layout using just the two photo corners. What is really awesome is that her layout is the same with or without the card.  All the materials Cassie used are from www.designerdigitals.com. You can see more of Cassie’s work at My Digital Scrapbook Gallery on designer digitals.

A Beautiful bag by Dena Simoneaux

November 18, 2008
Dena Simoneaux writes:
My artwork consists of acrylic paint with a cut out canvas flower, and penwork.  the frame around the art is also painted with some adhered metal flowers by making memories.  A wire flower pendent is hung from the bag with a scarf.
A little more detail about the art:
My Artwork is done on a thick Strathmore board as the backing.  I painted the Strathmore board with Acrylic paint.  The flower is a photo i took and then printed it on Canvas, cut it out, and then adhered it to the painted Strathmore board.  I used a black pen and a few other colors on the penwork.
